Under UK law, you are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement if a product is faulty, not fit for purpose, or does not match the description. These rights exist in addition to our voluntary policy.
Return Process
- Request approval: email us at info@barretandblair.com with your order number.
- Receive instructions: once approved, we will provide the correct UK return address and a return form.
- Ship the item: pack the item securely. We recommend trackable shipping, as we cannot refund items lost in transit.
Refund Timeline
Once inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please allow an additional 3–10 days for your bank to process the transaction.
